Digital Eskimo, the Considered Design agency, is on the hunt for a Django developer, and instead of giving recruiters wads of money we are offering it to our friends.

The information about roles is on our website. If this is you, send your details to us via the "Apply for a Job" button above. If not but you now someone who might be the one, forward this via the "Send to Friends" button and if we contract them we'll send you $200 as a referral fee. For permanent placements the referral fee is $1,000 and the details of how it works are below."

Here's how it works:

If you know people who might want to work at Digital Eskimo then choose Send to Friends above. You can then send them an email suggesting they take a look at our jobs.

Each time you connect us with a person who becomes a digital eskimo, you will receive $1,000.

If your friend then sends the email on and their friend joins us you still get $500 (or $250 if its further down the chain and so on).

Meaning there's a very good chance you'll be connecting us with good people and getting a nice little earner out of it. We're just happy to meet talented people, and keep the money in the family.

Terms and Conditions

T&C's

1. When a successful hire occurs eligibility for money will occur in the following manner: The person who refers the successful candidate will receive $1000, the person who sent a referral email to them will receive $500, the person who referred that person will receive $250, the next person in the referral chain will receive $125, and finally the last will receive $75. The last $125 goes to a charity of the new eskimos' choosing.

2. If more than one person refers a successful candidate, the first person (and their referral chain) will receive payment.

3. Payment will be made by cheque after a successful candidate’s probation period (of three months).

4. The decision to whom a payment for a successful referral is the sole responsibility of Digital Eskimo and no correspondence regarding non or incorrect payment will be entered into.

5. Digital Eskimo will make its best endeavors to contact referrers regarding payment, but takes no responsibility for payments not made for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. changed contact details)

5. Referrers will only receive one payment for the placement of a successful candidate - no payments will be made for people in the referral chain more than one time. A person will not receive payment for referring themselves.

6. Successful referrers must sign a receipt for the payment they receive.

7. Candidates must be placed within three months of the referral for the reward to be paid.

8. This program will continue until such time as Digital Eskimo chooses to close it.

9. Contact details collected will be used solely for the purposes of the referral program and will not be used by Digital Eskimo or any third parties to contact you unless you choose to receive further information from us in the form above.
